Booking a ride with LuxeRide is simple. Just enter your pickup location and destination in our website, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation instantly, and a driver will be on their way shortly.
What payment methods are accepted?
LuxeRide accepts a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards. You can choose the most convenient method during the booking process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
How are fares calculated?
Fares at LuxeRide are calculated based on distance, time, and demand factors. You can view an estimated fare before confirming your booking, so you know what to expect for your ride.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, LuxeRide has a straightforward cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your ride, you can do so within 5 minutes without any charges. After 5 minutes will be charged 10% of your ride cost, please refer to our terms for detailed information.
